If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not access the Website or any of the information, data or content contained herein for any purpose whatsoever.

The Owner may change these terms at any time by amending this document online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by the Owner. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use any the Owners content in any way unless explicitly stated within these terms and conditions. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any Intimate Landscape content.

Certain links in the Website will lead to other websites which are not under the control of Intimate Landscape. When you activate any of these you will leave the Intimate Landscape Website and Intimate Landscape has no control over and will accept no responsibility or liability for the material on any website which is not under the control of Intimate Landscape.

Our Contract with You

When you make a purchase from us, we will send you an email acknowledging confirmation of your order. Any products that have not been confirmed in an 'Order Confirmation' email do not form part of our contract.


Please read our Returns Policy, which applies to products purchased from us using the website. Customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. Details of this statutory right and an explanation of how to exercise it are available in the Returns Policy.


The materials, images and products that can be viewed on this website would by general consensus be deemed to be suitable for general viewing by persons of all ages, including children. Intimate Landscape will not, however be responsible for images, products or materials which are deemed unsuitable for children by parents by reason of ethnic, cultural or religious grounds. It is the indvidual responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure their children do not view the site images, materials or proucts if such offence would be caused.

Intimate Landscape do not sell products for purchase by children, if you are under 18, you may purchase from this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do however sell products that may be purchased for children by adults.

Pricing and Availability

Products advertised as available for purchase on this website are individually produced to order. If you have ordered a print from any of the collections appearing on this website, then please note that these can take up to seven days before they are dispatched.

Framed Prints, Canvases or Prints utilising Special Finishes are framed or made to order and these will be despatched within 21 working days of your order being confirmed. You will be kept advised of the process of your order but you may contact us at any time for a status update by calling us on 01208 79970 or by emailing us using the Contact Page. If you require an item for a present and need it by a specific date please factor this in and order in plenty of time.

Errors and Ommission Excepted (E & OE)

Despite our best efforts, it is possible that occasionally products, product descriptions or statements on our website may be mis-priced, mis-described or at variance with fact. As soon as we discover such mistakes or are notified of such we will endeavour to correct these ommisions, mis-descriptions or correct statements of fact.

Events beyond Our reasonable Control

Intimate Landscape will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause, which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Alterations and Amendments

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies and these Conditions of Use and Sale at any time. If any of these conditions is deemed for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity of any remaining conditions.


All contracts between you (the buyer) and Intimate Landscape (the seller) shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
